  SUMMARY OF CLAIMANT VERSION OF EVENTS CASE REFERENCE: CO/1844/2016 TO THE JUDGE,  DEFENDANTS & INTERESTED PARTY CONCERNING THE ABOVE CASE. MR TERRY GARDNER IS CLAIMING HE IS BEING UNLAWFULLY DETAINED UNDER SECTION 3 OF THE MENTAL HEALTH ACT 1983. THIS IS TIED  TO THE FIRST-TIER TRIBUNAL DECISION MP/2015/18918 DATED 09/09/2015 & PREVIOUS TO THAT RULING THE RULINGS RELEVANT TO CASE REFERENCE HM/600/2015. MR TERRY GARDNER IS CLAIMING THIS IS UNLAWFUL DETENTION BECAUSE OF TWO MAIN CRITERIA. 1) HE CLAIMS HE IS NOT MENTALLY ILL WHATSOEVER. HE ARGUES HE IS BEING HARASSED REMOTELY BY A GOVERNMENT AGENCY USING STATE OF THE ART TELECOMMUNICATIONS SURVEILLANCE TECHNOLOGY. The major cause for all the environmental problems the world face in the 21st Century is because of the curse of overpopulation. It also means ( because the world is overpopulated ) we as a nation can not use fossil fuels which is absolutely essential to maintain civilisation  It is staggering the increase in world population since the beginning of the 20th Century. At 1900 the world population was a mere 1 billion. At the end of the second world war that rose to 4.5 billion, even after all the violence inflicted on the world with those two world wars. It is now estimated to be almost 8 Billion. The reasons being is that the infant mortality rate has gone through the floor  mainly because of immunisation and vaccines programs on the under fives while life expectancy has remained largely constant .  Dear members of the panel,                                              Mr Terry Brian Gardner formally withdraws his assurance that he suffers from Mythomania & his claim he is the second coming of Christ. The reasons being are thus: 1) Mr Terry Gardner was only putting a claim of a mis-diagnosis because he is treating the Mental Health Tribunal with the utter contempt it deserves as well as Oxlea mental Health Trust because the defence he will put in the First-tier Tribunal hearing has already gone to the Royal Courts of Justice where he claims Justice Nichola Davis according to the evidence presented perverted the course of Justice with her decison making that legally she was not entitled to make the decision she did by upholding the decision that my Mental Health Section in 2016 was safe.
