MR TERRY GARDNER FORMALLY DISMISSES THE CLAIM HE SUFFERS FROM MYTHOMANIA !

 Dear members of the panel,

                                             Mr Terry Brian Gardner formally withdraws his assurance that he suffers from Mythomania & his claim he is the second coming of Christ. The reasons being are thus:

Mr Terry Gardner was only putting a claim of a mis-diagnosis because he is treating the Mental Health Tribunal with the utter contempt it deserves as well as Oxlea mental Health Trust because the defence he will put in the First-tier Tribunal hearing has already gone to the Royal Courts of Justice where he claims Justice Nichola Davis according to the evidence presented perverted the course of Justice with her decison making that legally she was not entitled to make the decision she did by upholding the decision that my Mental Health Section in 2016 was safe.

The forthcoming evidence in Mr Terry Brian Gardner Defence in the first tier tribunal will make it apparent why he thought it was necessary to make the court proceedings a laughing stock.
