DEFENCE OF MR TERRY GARDNER AT TRIBUNAL DATED 29/09/2020

               Please look at all the supporting paperwork to prove that the phenomena of hearing " Voices " for sane individuals which other people in close proximity can not can hear can easily be achieved by a high-tech classified telecommunications systems not in the public domain and can also easily be achieved by the method of ultra-sonic transmission of voice which is in the public domain.

Mr Terry Gardner claims their  is nothing wrong with him in any way shape or form both mentally & physically. However he claims he is being abused by what the secret service would call a "enhanced" interview going back over 14 years. Mr Terry Gardner would also like to add he did not initially come up with this defence because he did not have the technical information at his disposal.

Motive for this " Enhanced interview can easily be demonstrated 

This can be listed into 3 main areas. 

1) Mr Terry extreme radical views from his ongoing political activism which means the secret services of this country and the U.S.A. are doing everything they can to neutralise his political activism by character assassinating him with a mental health record.

2) Himself being subject to experimentation into the development of this highly classified telecommunication systems. Please Refer to DOD DIRECTIVE 5240.01 OF THE U.S.A DEFENCE DEPARTMENT...

3) Mr Terry Gardner efforts to expose the secret service collusion with criminal gangs in the supply and distribution of illegal illicit drugs onto the streets of Britain between the years of 1997-2006.

Mr Terry Gardner  totally disputes any evidence to claim he is a danger to himself, a danger to the health & safety of other people and has mental capacity in abundance .

Mr Terry Gardner likes also to state for the record he has no criminal record. Therefore any Forensic medical reports seem to be totally unjustified.

Therefore Mr Terry Gardner demands to be released from the mental health Act 1983 immediately, & also demands a public enquiry on the travesty of justice he has had to endure for over 14 years.
